Talking to Daddy

Makenna turned 2 months old on April 8, it has been so much fun seeing her personality come out! She is full of smiles for us!

This is what she has been up to!

-She wears size 1 diapers

-Wear 0-3 Month clothes

-Eats 4 oz. every 4 hours

-Loves to watch T.V

Watching Baby Einstein

-She loves to give smiles when I change her diaper in the morning! It makes getting up in the morning so much easier!

-She has her good nights and not so good nights of sleeping. For the most part she sleeps from 9:30-7:30 with some nights just needing her paci back, otherwise she sleeps straight through!
She has 2 naps a day, normally from 10-12 and from 2-4!

-weighs 10lbs 14 oz(25th-50th percentile)
and is 23 1/4 in. long(75th percentile)

-She just had her 2 month well child visit on Wednesday, the doctor said she is doing great!





-She does a really good job holding her head up high when she is on her stomach! She loves to see what is going on!


-She loves her baths!

-She loves to hold on to things!

1st time in the Bumbo! She does really good in it!

Best Friends!

Last week Wednesday Makenna and I got to see Harlyn Rae for the first time! Harlyn is the daughter of my best friend from high school, Laura. Laura and I were randomly paired up as 7th grade locker partners and have been friends ever since! She lives about 2 hours away so we don't see each other enough, so I was so excited when she told me she was coming to town so we can see each other and meet each others babies!! Makenna is 18 days older than Harlyn and I am so excited to share the journey of motherhood together with Laura!
