11 Months-Peyton

-weighs 19lbs 12 oz(according to our baby scale at home)

-slowly getting out of her 6 month clothes and is mainly in 6-12 month clothes!

-crawling around everywhere and getting into things!

-still has only 2 teeth

-started more table foods,(turkey slices, banana, cheese, pasta and bread are some of your favorites!  You aren’t very satisfied with baby food anymore!

-A big daddy’s girl and love to play with her sister! It’s so fun to see them play together!!

-we got her ears pierced a couple weeks ago and she did awesome! Just a few tears and then she was all smiles! (We waited quite a bit longer to get hers done than Makenna’s due to her many ear infections.)

-we have another ENT appt coming up in August and we are hoping we are set free! We are so thankful the ear infections seemed to clear up after the weather started to warm up!

“Hi Mom!” IMG_2891

She fell asleep in the pool at Hungry Horse Campground while visiting Katie and the boys! She slept for over a half hour, I had to wake her up to head home!

We love you sweet girl! You are a determined little girl and we can already tell that we will get lots of laughs from your silliness!

Was searching for my GF's blog and came across your interesting one. Came to a recent entry where you had your dd's ears pierced. You were smart mommy for doing it now. Some may differ, but she'll thank you later!

This was a perfect age to pierce her ears! We had to wait till our dd got tubes for her ears before having them pierced.

She is totally precious with those cute earrings.I believe it is always best done early when she wouldn’t remember and have mommy care for them during the healing phase. When they’re older, they will think they are a part of them and won’t bother them.

Our ped encouraged me to do it when mommy could care for them. Also, she gave me some tips for moms helping them to find the right person, place and type of earrings to use for infants having their ears pierced.

Would be happy to share by e-mail with any moms wanting more info.
